Community Management
Palomar Estates East sits on 54 acres of land. It is currently leased to Millennium Housing in Costa Mesa, CA. In turn, Millennium Housing hired Haven Management Services to run the day-to-day operations of our community, such as property maintenance, space rent collection, and so forth.
Millennium Housing
Palomar Estates East was established in 1974 by a group of investors. Today it is managed as a non-profit corporation by Millennium Housing.
Millennium Housing is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] corporation created to provide affordable housing through the acquisition and rehabilitation of mobilehome communities. Millennium's goals are to encourage and empower its residents to take an active role in budget and management decisions; provide enhanced maintenance and services; and to ensure that its communities remain valuable sources of quality affordable housing.

Haven Management Services
Millennium Housing employs Haven Management Services to manage Palomar Estates East day-to-day business and grounds maintenance. Our sister parks, in what we like to call the "golden triangle," are Palomar Estates West and Rancho Vallecitos. Each of these communities has their own set of managers and maintenance crews.
